WELDOX 700E sheets and plates are made from fine-grained, high-strength low-alloy steel with controlled additions of carbon, manganese, nickel, chromium, and molybdenum. These elements provide superior mechanical strength and toughness while maintaining excellent weldability. The steel exhibits a minimum yield strength of 700 MPa and tensile strength between 750–950 MPa, along with good impact resistance even at sub-zero temperatures.
